Sparring Day Vlog ๐ฅ - Second Time in the Boxing Ring
Hey everyone! Itโs been about a month of two private lessons a week, and sparring is the next step in challenging myself and putting those skills to the test.
The Day in a Nutshell:
Breakfast to Start โ Gotta fuel up before anything else. I kept it simple but enough to get me through the session.
Gym Time โ Headed straight to the gym, feeling that mix of excitement and nerves that comes with sparring.
Warm-Up โ Shadowboxing and some stretching to get loose before stepping into the ring.
Sparring โ Focused on footwork, keeping my guard up and staying calm under pressure. This was only my second time sparring boxing, so I really tried to implement everything Iโve been learning.
Wrap-Up โ My coach was happy with how I did, which felt like a solid win for the day.
It wasnโt anything too flashyโjust a regular day of training, sparring, and heading home to unwind and shower. But those small wins stack up, and Iโm feeling good about the progress so far.
Iโm excited to keep growing, and I know thereโs a long road ahead, but thatโs the beauty of it. Every session is a chance to get better.
